hsmalltree@techtarget.com As Editorial Director for the Enterprise Applications Media Group, Hannah manages editorial strategy, daily operations and events for SearchCRM.com, SearchSAP.com, SearchOracle.com, SearchDataManagement.com and SearchManufacturingERP.com. She is responsible for maintaining the sites' editorial excellence, keeping news and resources firmly focused on the unique needs of IT and business professionals. Previously, she was SearchDataManagement.com Senior Site Editor, and a frequent contributor and podcaster. Earlier, Hannah gained 10+ years of relevant experience as a journalist, writer and product/program manager at technology companies. She brings practical experience to her role as Editorial Director, and is dedicated to providing exceptional resources for enterprise applications professionals.

As Associate Editor, Meghan ensures that SearchCRM.com meets the unique information needs of CRM and call center professionals, managing newsletters, Ask the Expert features, multimedia, tutorials and other reader resources. Before coming to SearchCRM.com, Meghan worked at GateHouse Media for several years, where she was a general assignment reporter. She has done masters’-level work in print journalism at Boston University and has a BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Westminster in London.
