I intend to launch a loyalty program in Singapore for credit card holders. It will have a very up-to-date and interactive discussion forum. Could you tell me what challenges I face in terms of attracting participants, suppliers and maintaining this portal?

Any loyalty program which has an interactive feature will be challenged to assure participants in a forum or community that their information will be kept in the strictest privacy. In terms of attracting participants, the content/subject matter must be current and interesting to them.
