Annual growth rate of CRM industry

I'm looking for the annual growth rate of the CRM industry over the past twenty or so years, do you know where I might find those statistics?

would look at some of the more established research firms for this information, such as http://www.gartnergroup.com and http://www.ovum.com Also, take a look at http://www.american-crm-directory.com/research_reference But, please be aware that the CRM industry as we know it is only (at best) 10 years old.
