There is no standard test for hiring a supervisor for a call center. There are many products and services to help you with screening, if you choose to pursue outside help. A test for supervisor or customer service rep (CSR) should reflect both general call center skills for that type of position, as well as the critical skills you've defined in your job description. It will vary based on the industry, functional area (e.g., sales or service?), key issues and strategic goals for the call center.
