SAP CRM is an on-premise product, whereas SAP CRM On Demand is an online, hosted product. The primary focus of SAP CRM On Demand is to provide a quick-to-implement, easy-to-use, low-cost CRM product. Compared to SAP CRM, SAP CRM On Demand has limited integration capabilities with back-end ERP systems as well as limited reporting capabilities.
