Can you recommend anyone with prior experience working with $200 million companies in the consumer packaged goods/food industry?

You could easily find help with one of the "big 5" consulting firms. You might also check with smaller firms, perhaps by searching the Consultants within the SearchCRM.com Buyer's Guide (there's a link for Consulting). I also found that a web search for "CRM Consumer Packaged Goods" yielded many promising results. Finally, check with several CRM vendors to see who they would recommend in the CRM/CPG space. Without knowing more about your firm and your requirements, that is about the best answer I can provide.
