CRM info resources for online images and order capabilities

I have been asked to join a CRM team to provide online images and order capabilities. This is only one component of a larger SAP CRM project. What is a good source of information on these elements of the project?

You should start by doing a web search on web self-service and/or ecommerce. You might also want to look at the websites of some of the larger CRM vendors (Siebel, Onyx, Oracle, Peoplesoft, Epiphany, SAP) and search for white papers on these subjects. Lastly, look for white papers on consulting and research firm websites -- perhaps Gartner, Forrester, IBM, McKinsey and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
