We used an on-premise CRM system (Siebel) at my old company, but I've taken a new job with a smaller company and the IT department is partial to implementing an on demand CRM system. There are many CRM vendors in the marketplace today that offer CRM on demand and CRM on premise packages. There a few vendors that only offer CRM on demand. I have done some research for you and developed the following vendor short list to help you choose between CRM on demand vendors.
