Can I integrate SAP CRM with Oracle E-Business Suite?

Is it possible to integrate SAP CRM (version 4.6) with Oracle E-Business Suite modules? How complex is the process? In our organization SAP is mainly being used for telephony and marketing, and is currently standalone.

Yes, it is possible to connect mySAP CRM with Oracle E-Business Suite. You have two options, depending on the level of integration you are planning between the two systems. SAP XI is the best option. The complexity of the process is somewhat difficult to estimate without having the full details of your integration requirements.
