Causes of high CRM failure rate

Why are more than 80% of CRM installations deemed failures? I would like to know the answer because I am going to join a Training Program in e-CRM CLARIFY. How many days are required to finish the training program? Thank you for your answer.

I feel that CRM projects fail for many of the same reasons most systems projects fail: Poor requirements planning, lack of business support, no senior management involvement, inadequate project management, fuzzy goals, limited funding, project scope creep, lack of proper infrastructure planning, failure to understand and integrate business procedures.
