Evaluating Remedy's Action Request

Where would you position Remedy Action Request as a CRM /helpdesk application in the market? I am about to start an evaluation of it and I want to know whether to bother with it or not. I just concluded an evaluation of (FrontRange Solutions')Heat. Would you place them in the same category?

I'm sorry but I haven't reviewed the Remedy Action Request product, so I am not able to offer an opinion. However, you might want to look at the analysis available from www.sellmorenow.com and/or www.ismguide.com">www.ismguide.com.

Additionally, ask each vendor for a competitive analysis of their product against the other (Remedy Vs. Heat, and vice versa). They both probably have a comparison brochure they can send you via email.
