Finding local call centers
I work in the call center industry but I am having a difficult time finding an all encompassing listing of the Call Centers in the Florida area. Does such a list exist?

Unfortunately the answer to your question is no. Since you are asking about a geographic area served by multiple vendors providing equipment from multiple manufacturers, there is no single source to identify these call centers.

I would suggest that you contact and join your local Telecommunications User Group. There you will meet people from other companies that have the same or similar responsibilities as yourself. This might be a way to find the information you are searching for.
