There is logistics integration between SAP CRM and SAP ERP, and MM is a module of ERP. You should be able to create a purchase request or purchase order with reference to a service order in the back-end ERP system. It is also possible to run a check on available-to-promise (ATP) based on material stock in the ERP system when creating a sales order in the SAP CRM system.
