Industry standard for developing CRM?

Are you aware of an industry "standard" or common UML model for the CRM space that developers can use as basis for their analysis/design activities?

There really isn't an industry standard UML model for CRM. Rather, what you have is the different applications, e.g. Siebel etc., build support for UML into their offerings. I think that Aberdeen Group (the analyst firm) offers a kit for modeling a CRM flow, but there isn't a lot more that I can identify either in discussion with my colleagues, my knowledge or my research.
