2) Specifying legacy system interfaces, and
3)Ongoing data validation between systems.
Each of these issues requires careful planning and analysis. Understand which applications are to be the "system of record" and the "system of entry". Define data validation and transformation rules. Finally, ensure that every data element is owned by a specific department. These aren't easy tasks, but they are essential to the success of every CRM project.
