Oracle eBusiness Suite CRM integration with Outlook and other desktop applications

We'll be moving over to Oracle systems, including CRM, after being purchased by a new parent company. Can you give me some tips for the transition process? One of my concerns is the integration of this new system with Outlook. What can I expect from Oracle?

Will you be using Oracle eBusiness Suite CRM? This product is not strong as other CRM solutions with regard to integration with leading desktop applications. It does, however, have a history of being able to integrate with desktop products to support business processes. And, Oracle Fusion Middleware provides an open, standards-based approach toward building deep, interactive applications with various desktop applications.
