How much do you know about the South American CRM market? How are you planning to tackle it? Is
an expectable timeframe already clear? Do you have the right people there?
The CRM market is growing tremendously in Latin America and we have a significant presence to support this growth. We have direct sales offices in Brazil and Mexico, and partners in 8 of the other key countries. Brazil, Mexico, and Argentina are going to be the primary focus due to the CRM momentum we have already been witnessing in these countries.
HOW ARE YOU PLANNING TO TACKLE IT?
Latin America is one of our fastest growing regions and we see the market as an important piece of our global growth strategy. We have a very large install base of customers ready for CRM solutions and including our partners, we have over 500 dedicated people in Latin America. We are currently identifying those individuals and partners that will take the lead on both selling and implementing CRM.
IS AN EXPECTABLE TIMEFRAME ALREADY CLEAR?
The field already has CRM quota, so we have a very aggressive timeframe. By the end of the year we will have completed the first level of integration between the YOUcentric and J.D. Edwards solution. Additional integrations with APS and ERP will continue to be built out.
