Will PRM get its time in the limelight?

I am looking for information about Partner Relationship Management (PRM) as part of my CRM strategy. Where can I find some insightful white papers about PRM?

Sadly, PRM has not been as successful as I had expected it to be. Having said that that, however, Salesforce.com recently announced Partnerforce, its PRM solution for the Salesforce.com basic platform, and I would suspect that they have some insightful information on their Web site.

Siebel (now Oracle) has some useful white papers on the subject on its Web site. I would also be happy to send you the chapter of my book, CRM at the Speed of Light, 3rd Edition on PRM, which covers both the strategic aspects, the features and functions and the players as of 2004, most of whom are no longer there.
