Paul, what do you think of the divine emergence in the eCRm marketplace with their purchase of eshare and Sychrony? Do they have a good shot at making a good showing?

I don't need to tell you that it's currently a tough business environment. But, if they can articulate a simple, clear business strategy and prove "value-add", then I'm sure they will be successful. Let's hope they have the financial resources to ride out the economic storm.
