Microsoft Dynamics 365

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a new service that integrates Microsoft’s Dynamics CRM system with ERP transactional data as well as with Office 365 data to give sales people greater data intelligence about customer records in terms of customer transactions, customer behavior and customer preferences.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 aims to unify data that resides in various systems to give sales reps a more comprehensive view of customers and a deeper point of entry to interact with them by combining data and eliminating the need to re-enter data. The new service, due out in Q4 of 2016, also takes aim at data silos, enabling reps to enter information once and share the information in multiple systems rather than duplicate effort.
