A loyalty punch card is a token that lets a customer earn free merchandise or discounts after a
certain number of purchases. A loyalty punch card (which can be paper or electronic) is a
relatively low-cost marketing tool for helping a retailer identify regular customers and reward
them for their actual and projected value to the enterprise.
