Dick Lee has been developing customer-centric business strategies and supporting those strategies with customer information management systems since the early 1980s. Today, Mr. Lee is internationally known for his knowledge of what makes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) implementations succeed and what makes them fail.
Prior to joining Caribou Lake in 2002, Mr. Lee was founder and principal of High-Yield Marketing; a consulting firm specialized in helping clients develop customer-centric strategies and systems. Mr. Lee also has extensive marketing agency experience, with a focus on business-to-business and financial services clients.
Mr. Lee is the author of several books, including The Customer Relationship Management Survival Guide and his most recent, Strategic CRM: the Complete Implementation Manual. Mr. Lee writes for both CRM magazine and CRMGuru.com, and he's a partner in the CRMGuru research studies on customer satisfaction with CRM software and best practices in CRM implementation.
