Can we implement mySAP CRM even if we do not have SAP R/3? We currently have third-party software -- can we integrate CRM with our third-party software?

EXPERT RESPONSE
Yes and yes. MySAP CRM is designed to be used as a stand-alone CRM system, so it is not necessary to have a back-end SAP ERP system to implement mySAP CRM. And third-party software can be integrated with SAP CRM -- the nature of third-party product would determine the integration costs.
