QUESTION POSED ON: 19 January 2007
Can you provide any recommendations for specific CRM vendors who have been proven to have a quick ROI after deployment?

>
EXPERT RESPONSE
The quickest way to CRM ROI is by investing as little as possible up-front. This can be achieved best via a Software as a Service (SaaS) CRM provider such as Salesforce.com or RightNow. These solutions are instantly ready to go and support initiatives.

The issue with these solutions comes over time where integration or missing capabilities or customizations eat away at the benefits, or provide less than a competitive solution would have.
