RMS is not currently integrated with Dynamics CRM. It is integrated with Dynamics GP, however. Some partners who work with both GP and RMS have developed their own solutions for tracking customer demographic data (e.g. names and addresses, preferences for email marketing campaigns, etc.) and storing that data for us in marketing campaigns.
If you are using Dynamics GP along with RMS, then there may be a good impetus to consider Dynamics CRM, since it could provide the added functionality for managing contacts and marketing communications that are not provided natively in RMS or GP.
