How does SAP CRM 2007 compare to past releases? What are the standout features and how is it usability-wise?

SAP CRM 2007 provides a completely Web-enabled user interface (UI). The end user gets a Web-based zero footprint UI. The Web-based UI is intuitive and contains drag and drop functions that allow for personalization. These features work like Google's drag and drop functions. In addition, SAP CRM 2007 provides UI configuration and design layer customizing tools.These tools enable a business administrator to make changes to the UI without any programming knowledge.
