We have got two backend R/3 systems (system1 and system2) connected to our SRM system.
R/3 back end details:-
system1-SAP4.7(SAPKB62050)and the system2-SAP4.7(SAPKB62060)
The SRM system details are:
SRM 4.0
(Software component:SRM_SERVER,Relaese:500,Higheest Support pack:SAPKIBKS09) (software component:SAP_BASIS,Release:640,Highest support package:SAPKB64016)
We are facing a data issue where the words/numbers are not getting displayed properly when trying to do an F4 search for cost center and G/L account (Cost assignment tab of shopping cart) for system 1.
In system2, there are no issues. The GL codes and cost center's data are displayed properly, when we create a shopping cart for system2.
We are using integrated ITS. We have ALS, reviewed the SAP oss note: 698329
I don't see much difference between our two back end systems at the kernel level.
We republished the templates and no error was noticed. In fact, we could see the material grp, material etc... Only the accounting data (GL code & cost center) from the back end (System1) was not displayed. That too is only for the data from the backend of system1.
