Is there a way to display text messages on the opening page within SRM? For example, if you wanted to alert SRM users to outages or system changes.

EXPERT RESPONSE
In SRM, similar to other SAP systems, all system messages can be displayed using the BASIS transaction "SM02" in SAP SRM GUI. Once a system message is created in SM02, it will be displayed to the end-user at logon in the SRM ITS/BSP URL.
