Bryant recently led Cintech's engineers in the development of NetVIA, the first virtual e-contact center designed exclusively for small to mid-size entities. In 1990, Bryant spearheaded Cintech's development team in designing CINPHONY, the first computer telephony application for Nortel Networks's Norstar telephone system. Cintech's focus on PC-based ACD solutions for smaller call centers continued with the introduction of PRELUDE and MINUET ACD, providing a family of solutions for Norstar users.
