Jim Berkowitz, founder and CEO of CRM Mastery, Inc., is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of professional services and product management experience in Customer Relationship, Financial and Enterprise management software solutions for small (rapidly growing), midsized and Fortune 500 companies.

Before founding CRM Mastery, Jim was a senior product manager for predictive aCRM applications at SPSS, Inc. He has been an integral part of the design and implementation for hundreds of CRM projects, including those at companies like: Sprint, Apria Home Healthcare, ADIC, Iomega Corporation, US West, Citicorp Diners Club, Hewlett-Packard, Times Warner, Mellon Mortgage and Charles Schwab.
