Srini Katta

Srinivasa Katta is chief technology officer at iServiceGlobe, Inc. He has 10 years of ERP and CRM projects implementation experience, including work on Oracle software applications, SAP CRM applications and Siebel CRM and integration with SAP R/3. Katta also worked on Scopus CRM applications as part of migrating legacy CRM applications to SAP CRM. iServiceGlobe is currently focused on open source CRM software such as SugarCRM.

Katta used Six Sigma methodology to improve client business processes and also effectively handled the change management. He has extensive experience in Conference Room Pilot (CRP) Project implementation Methodology and Cycle Project Implementation Methodology, in addition to ASAP Powered methodology.
