Srinivasa Katta has 10 years of CRM and ERP project implementation experience, including work on Oracle software applications, SAP CRM applications and Siebel CRM. He has been involved with many projects that included integration with SAP R/3. Mr. Katta also worked on Scopus CRM applications migrating legacy CRM applications to SAP CRM. His company, iServiceGlobe, is currently focused on open source CRM software, such as SugarCRM.
Mr. Katta has used Six Sigma methodology to improve client business processes and effectively handled change management for many CRM projects. He has extensive experience in conference room pilot (CRP) project implementation methodology and cycle project implementation methodology, in addition to ASAP-powered methodology.
