announce you can nominate your favorite CRM product for our 2005 CRM Products of the Year Awards. These awards recognize outstanding CRM products for not only their innovation, but their exemplary value, performance, manageability, ease of integration, and service and support.
Last year we launched our first CRM Products of the Year Awards and received more than 75 nominations for our five categories: Business intelligence, customer facing online service, contact center software, marketing automation and sales force automation. Our experts then whittled down the nominations to the five winners who demonstrated the highest levels of excellence.
This year we've added two new categories – customer data integration and data quality – and revamped a couple of the other categories to more accurately reflect the state of the market. Here's how this year's categories are broken out:
- Marketing automation (2 categories – Enterprise and SMB)
- Sales force automation (2 categories – Enterprise and SMB)
- Contact center software (4 categories -- Speech technology, workforce optimization, hosted contact center, e-mail response)
- Online customer self-service
- Business intelligence
- Customer data integration (CDI)
- Data quality
To be eligible for these awards, a product must have been introduced or significantly upgraded between Sept. 30, 2004 and Oct. 1, 2005.
For previously available products, the upgrade must incorporate major new features, designed to meet new or evolving needs in the marketplace.
To submit a product for review, just complete an online application.
All entries must be received by November 1, 2005.
The winning products will be included in a feature article to be published on SearchCRM.com in late January 2006. Plus, winners will receive a logo that can be used in advertising and promotional materials.
