These awards recognize outstanding CRM products for not only their innovation, but their exemplary value, performance, manageability, ease of integration, and service and support.
Last year we received more than 75 nominations. Our experts then whittled down the nominations to the five winners who demonstrated the highest levels of excellence. Take a look back at
This year we've added new categories and revamped older categories to more accurately reflect the state of the market. Here's how this year's categories are broken out:
Category: Call center suite
-Hosted call center
Category: Salesforce automation (SFA)
Category: Marketing automation
Category: Online self-service
To be eligible for these awards, a product must have been introduced or significantly upgraded between Sept. 30, 2005 and Oct. 1, 2006.
For previously available products, the upgrade must incorporate major new features, designed to meet new or evolving needs in the marketplace.
To submit a product for review, just complete an online application.
All entries must be received by November 3, 2006.
The winning products will be included in a feature article to be published on SearchCRM.com in late January 2006. Plus, winners will receive a logo that can be used in advertising and promotional materials.
