These awards recognize outstanding CRM products for not only their innovation, but their exemplary value, performance, manageability, ease of integration, and service and support.

This year we’ve revamped our categories to more accurately reflect the state of the market. Here's how this year's categories are broken out:
1. CRM suite
2. Call center suite
3. Call center -- workforce optimization (WFO)
4. Sales force automation (SFA)
5. Marketing automation
To be eligible for these awards, a product must have been introduced or significantly upgraded between Oct. 1, 2008 and Dec. 31, 2009.
For previously available products, the upgrade must incorporate major new features, designed to meet new or evolving needs in the marketplace.
To submit a product for review, just complete an online application.
All entries must be received by Feb. 12, 2010.
The winning products will be included in a feature article to be published on SearchCRM.com in mid-March 2010. Plus, winners will receive a logo that can be used in advertising and promotional materials.
