Analytical eCRM provider Cyber Dialogue has released the results of analysis that underscores the importance of businesses identifying and targeting their most profitable customers. According to Cyber Dialogue's analysis, the top 20% of online shoppers who spent at least $1,000 per year online account for 87% of the total consumer online sales market.

Equifax's advanced online identity authentication solution to be offered with Microsoft Passport

Equifax Secure, the e-commerce division of Equifax Inc. has introduced a new standard of online identity fraud protection to be available through the Microsoft Passport service. The program will be available to retailers participating in Equifax's consumer identity authentication technology, PayNet Secure, which will use the Microsoft Passport single sign-in solution.
