Sales automation, contact management and business automation software provider Telemagic has been honored in the second annual Users Choice Awards. Telemagic was named a "Gold Best in Class" winner, in the contact management solutions category. The event, sponsored by Customer Support Management magazine and RealMarket, is the only awards program in which customer relationship management (CRM) products are judged by the end user.
