StayinFront, Inc., a CRM systems developer, has introduced Elk Traveler, PalmPilot application designed to function as a companion to StayinFront's existing Visual Elk system. Elk Traveler supports customer profiling, call planning and management reporting applications. It provides synchronization between the desktop or laptop product and the Palm device.
Wireless Knowledge introduces data access for RIM handhelds
Wireless Knowledge, Inc., a Microsoft Corp. and Qualcomm Inc. company, has announced Anystyle software, which allows access to enterprise data from wireless devices. Anystyle extends the capabilities of Wireless Knowledge's Workstyle Server, which provides business users with mobile access to corporate e-mail, calendar and contact information from any Internet-enabled device, to devices with offline capabilities. It will initially be available for Research In Motion 950 and 957 pagers.
Palm handheld interface provides access to TrackWeb CRM software over the Net
E-CRM software company Soffront Software, Inc. has introduced TrackWeb Mobile. It allows full functional control over the TrackWeb database and access to critical information anytime, anywhere using a personal digital assistant (PDA) with an Internet connection. Users can interact with the corporate database in real-time to check the latest information, post updates or send e-mail notification to their colleagues.
Xchange delivers new software suite for CRM
Xchange, Inc. has introduced Xchange 7, a CRM suite designed to leverage a company's preexisting investments to synchronize their activities and help transform customer relationships into profit. The suite is comprised of five products: Xchange Dialogue is a suite that encompasses Xchange Analytics, Xchange Campaign, Xchange eMessaging and Xchange EnAct. The fifth product is Xchange RealTime.
Ascendix and Centerprise form strategic partnership
Ascendix Technologies and Centerprise Information Solutions have formed a strategic alliance to provide mid-market companies with combined business consultancy, implementation services and support for CRM initiatives.
