Onyx and Cognos team for analytical CRM software
E-business software provider Onyx Software Corp. and business intelligence company Cognos have partnered. Under the terms of the agreement, Onyx will bundle and resell Cognos' line of business intelligence software with Onyx's thin-client CRM portal suite. The combined software is expected to provide business managers with the ability to assess business performance and to aggressively respond to changes in their business.
Air2Web wirelessly enables ERP, CRM and SCM
Air2Web has launched version 2.0 of its Mobile Internet Platform. This version includes support for Short Message Service (SMS) and Wireless Application Protocol (WAP) phones, pagers and Palm Pilots.
