Finali and eAssist partner to deliver customer care
eAssist Global Solutions Inc. has entered into a strategic channel partnership with Finali Corporation, a provider of automated and live online customer care solutions. Through the partnership, Finali's online customer care representatives will utilize and resell eAssist's integrated software platform to communicate with customers in real-time via telephone, online chat, email and Voice over IP (VoIP) channels. Paramon releases multilingual CRM software
