Quadstone extends CRM integration capabilities
Quadstone has announced a dedicated interface for WebTrends CommerceTrends as part of the Quadstone Connector Program. The Quadstone Connector Program extends Quadstone's open systems approach beyond call-level database interfaces to provide specific integration to CRM, BI, Web, rules-based and personalization systems. Quadstone also announced that the Quadstone System now has a dedicated interface to IBM's DB2 Universal Database, and enhanced ODBC connectivity.

Quaero releases new campaign management software report
Quaero LLC has released a new report, "Campaign Management Software: Comparative Analysis," with an interactive decision tool to assist companies in selecting a campaign management software package.
