Interact and deuxo partner for sales lead capabilities
Denver-based deuxo, a provider of sales lead optimization software and services, has announced a technology partnership with Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Interact Commerce Corp., the makers of SalesLogix and ACT!. This partnership offers salespeople integrated CRM software that includes the ability to optimize sales leads. This enables sales and marketing people to intelligently qualify leads, nurturing and developing them to increase sales close ratios and reduce sales cycles.

MarketFirst and KickFire partner for marketing automation
Saratoga, Calif.-based KickFire and Mountain View, Calif.-based MarketFirst Software have announced a partnership agreement that will offer marketing automation benefits to customers and prospects. The companies have complementary marketing automation tools, which are supposed to increase the efficiency and speed of the marketing cycle, from planning through program execution. Both companies offer licensed or Web-hosted options that can be integrated into their customers' existing infrastructure.
Hyperion introduces new analytics tools
Sunnyvale, Calif.-based Hyperion has added Hyperion eCommerce Analysis Suite to its customer analysis software portfolio. It is a software package that combines information from e-commerce transactions, Web-server logs and other disparate data sources to provide a multi-dimensional analysis of online buying behavior.
MicroMass releases Rapport for Sales software
Cary, N.C.-based MicroMass Communications has announced the general availability of the latest addition to its Rapport product family, Rapport for Sales. It is Web-based and allows marketing and sales employees to create, order and fulfill collateral requests on demand, while using the Rapport tailoring engine to customize each message to the interests and preferences of the recipient.
