NCR to private audio-enable U.S. Personas ATMs
Dayton, Ohio-based NCR Corp. has announced plans to build all NCR Personas ATMs shipped to the United States with private audio capability. This will start with new orders as of August 2001. The audio capability enables ATM access to individuals with sight disabilities or literacy difficulties by using voice cues instead of the traditional read screens. Retrofit kits will also be available for several models currently in the market, allowing customers to phase in this technology across the self-service network.

Epsilon and Decision Software team for targeted marketing
Burlington, Mass.-based Epsilon and Lanham, Md.-based Decision Software Inc., provider of TopDog campaign management software, have announced a strategic partnership that offers clients hosted donor-centric and customer-centric open platform marketing software and services. The alliance will leverage DSI's data models and TopDog, along with Epsilon's deep marketing and technology capabilities. This will help companies measure results with marketing campaigns and analyze the results.
ADP announces enhancement for Elite Dealership Management System
The Dealer Services Group of Roseland, N.J.-based Automatic Data Processing Inc. has announced Elite Open API, which is designed to enhance ADP's Elite Dealer Management System. At the center of it is Open API (applications programming interface), a framework to integrate Internet, Windows or Unix-based applications to the Elite Dealer Management System. It allows the synchronization of CRM databases with the Elite database.
Fair, Isaac and Equifax to provide enhanced CRM through Strategy Network
San Raphael, Calif.-based Fair, Isaac and Company Inc. and Atlanta-based Equifax Inc. have announced a new partnership. The companies will use Equifax's data integration and linkage systems to deliver integration support for newly enhanced products that Fair, Isaac is producing as part of its Strategy Network. Fair, Isaac's first product using Equifax's customer identifier process is the MarketSmart Decision System.
