Charlotte, N.C.-based Quaero has announced Quaero Springboard. As part of Quaero's CRM outsourcing division, Springboard will provide companies with the option of outsourcing all or part of their CRM programs. Springboard provides support for multiple channels.

FrontRange releases GoldMine E-Commerce
Colorado Springs, Colo.-based FrontRange Solutions Inc. has released GoldMine eCommerce, e-business software for online sales. GoldMine eCommerce has a tool for building modular and scalable e-commerce and e-business applications. These applications range from e-store creation to advanced merchandising, one-to-one customer marketing and inventory management. eCommerce also has features that communicate the customer's order status and online sales histories.
Relevant's Infimacs II ERP integrates basic CRM
San Ramon, Calif.-based Relevant Business Systems has enhanced its Infimacs II ERP suite by adding new CRM features. Integrating CRM tools into Infimacs II allows both marketing and sales activities and data, including sales orders, to flow directly into the Customer Service module.
CosmoCom releases CosmoCall Universe Version 4
Melville, N.Y.-based CosmoCom has unleashed Version 4 of its call center software, CosmoCall Universe. It is based entirely upon the IP protocol. The enhancements found in CosmoCall Universe 4 include tenant self-administration, graphical user interface (GUI)-based call flow design, direct connectivity to next generation Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) networks, multimedia recording, CRM integration and improved integration with legacy and multi-site environments.
