Fujifilm Canada selects Astea's AllianceEnterprise eCRM Suite

Mississauga, Ontario-based Fuji Photo Film Canada Inc. will upgrade their CRM software with Horsham, Pa.-based Astea International Inc.'s AllianceEnterprise eCRM Suite. The Astea software will support Fujifilm Canada's call centers in Mississauga, Montreal and Vancouver, and nationwide field service delivery, including new mobile CRM capabilities.

Microsoft and Point in Strategic e-CRM Partnership

Wellesley, Mass.-based Point Information Systems Inc. has announced a strategic partnership with Microsoft Corp. The partnership is aimed at creating a variety of new CRM software products. The new software will be designed to meet specific customer requirements and support existing business processes.

Applix sees new customers despite flailing economy

Despite the slow economy, Westboro, Mass.-based Applix Inc. has added 23 new companies to its client roster. Allianz Capital Partner, GE Commercial, General Mills, Siemens Transportation Systems and Standard & Poors are five of the company's new customers. Applix has also seen repeat business from companies including Benetton, Bristol Myers Squibb, Food Lion, Hewlett Packard, Lockheed Martin, Merrill Lynch, Pharmacia & Upjohn, Trend Micro and Virgin Atlantic Airways.

Stratabase announces 3Com relationship

Abbotsford, B.C.-based Stratabase, an open source CRM software provider, has announced a strategic relationship with Santa Clara, Calif.-based 3Com Corp. The partnership is through the 3Com Focus Partner Program, which allows Stratabase to benefit from 3Com business resources. This allows the company to offer further products and services with its CRM software.
