Relizon to acquire Epsilon
Dayton, Ohio-based Relizon has announced intentions to acquire Burlington, Mass.-based Epsilon in a move to expand CRM offerings. As part of Relizon, Epsilon will keep its brand identity and management team. Relizon will merge its eCRM Group into Epsilon, creating a new business unit.

Xchange, Sane partner to analyze merged online and offline customer data
Boston-based Xchange Inc. and North Kingstown, R.I.-based Sane Solutions LLC have announced an agreement to package and sell Sane's NetTracker eBusiness Edition software with the Xchange Analytics eCommerce module. This partnership will offer customers the ability to merge clickstream data into their customer analysis.
Net2Phone partners with Nuance for VoIP support
Newark, N.J.-based Net2Phone Inc. has announced that its Voice Hosting Service has added support for VoiceXML applications running on Menlo Park, Calif.-based Nuance's Voice Web Server. This allows customers to upgrade and deploy CRM and sales force automation software faster.
Altitude Software, IBM partner through IBM PartnerWorld for Developers
Milpitas, Calif.-based Altitude Software Inc., which provides CRM software, has announced a partnership agreement with Armonk, N.Y.-based IBM. Under IBM's PartnerWorld for Developers program, Big Blue has signed agreements with companies that target the financial services, retail, and manufacturing and software segments, including ERP, supply chain management, CRM and business intelligence companies.
