Onyx Software adds strength of IBM Global Services
Bellevue, Wash.-based Onyx Software Corp. has expanded its relationship with Armonk, N.Y.-based IBM Corp. to include IBM Global Services CRM Solution Services. Initially, IBM and Onyx will focus on providing enterprise CRM software to mid-market customers, as part of this relationship. IBM's Business Innovation Services organization will train consultants in Canada and the United States to install Onyx's CRM software.

Fingerhut chooses Bigfoot Interactive for e-mail marketing
St. Cloud, Minn.-based catalog company Fingerhut Companies Inc. has enlisted New York-based Bigfoot Interactive for permission-based e-mail marketing. Bigfoot will provide Fingerhut with an e-mail marketing software platform. Fingerhut's targeted e-mail campaign will feature product specials, special events and sweepstakes, and the company will be able to segment its marketing efforts with Bigfoot's software.
Critical Reach announces service suite
Westminster, Colo.-based Critical Reach Inc. has announced the U.S. availability of Critical Reach Service suite. The software integrates front- and back-office data via Java technology. It combines product- and service-related information that can be accessed from a laptop or handheld computer.
Mediacom selects CSG for customer care, billing
New York-based Mediacom extended its customer care and billing services contract with Englewood, Colo.-based CSG Systems Inc. Under the terms of the agreement, CSG will exclusively provide these services for Mediacom's approximately 1.6 million subscribers in 23 states. Mediacom will also license software to enhance service and support needs, including ACSR, CRM software from CSG.
