DataFlux releases version 4.2 of dfPower Studio
Cary, N.C.-based DataFlux Corp. has released the dfPower Studio version 4.2 upgrade. The new version allows users to import data standardization business rules into dfPower Studio. It also includes enhancements for choosing surviving records during duplicate elimination and the ability to review the results of the duplicate elimination process prior to making changes in the database.

Aspect announces new self-service software
San Jose, Calif.-based Aspect Communications Corp. has announced the release of Aspect Customer Self-Service version 6.0. This software enables widespread deployment of voice recognition technology in a customer contact center environment, as well as data integration, eliminating the need for a customer service representative.
