DataFlux releases version 4.2 of dfPower Studio

Cary, N.C.-based DataFlux Corp. has released the dfPower Studio version 4.2 upgrade. The new version allows users to import data standardization business rules into dfPower Studio. It also includes enhancements for choosing surviving records during duplicate elimination and the ability to review the results of the duplicate elimination process prior to making changes in the database.


Accrue announces Hit List 4.7

Fremont, Calif.-based Accrue Software Inc. has announced the availability of Accrue Hit List 4.7, its mid-market Internet analytics product. Accrue Hit List 4.7 provides companies with medium Internet traffic volume and complex Web infrastructure with data collection and flexible reporting.

Accrue partners with Data Junction, based in San Francisco, Calif., has announced a partnership with Austin, Texas-based Data Junction Corp. to provide new integration capabilities for customers. This new integration option will allow users to link to other enterprise applications.

Aspect announces new self-service software

San Jose, Calif.-based Aspect Communications Corp. has announced the release of Aspect Customer Self-Service version 6.0. This software enables widespread deployment of voice recognition technology in a customer contact center environment, as well as data integration, eliminating the need for a customer service representative.
