Coremetrics and Watchfire partner to offer Web site analysis
San Francisco-based Coremetrics and Ottawa, Ontario-based Watchfire have announced a partnership. The two companies will market and sell their software, which will link online customer behavior to Web site effectiveness. Customers will be able to analyze results from Watchfire's Website Management software and Coremetrics' business intelligence applications.

StayinFront allies with Integrated Pharma Technologies
CRM provider StayinFront, headquartered in Fairfield, N.J., has formed an alliance with Integrated Pharma Technologies, a company specializing in the Prescription Drug Marketing Act (PDMA) compliance and Web-based reporting systems and services. Working together, the two organizations will offer pharmaceutical companies the necessary systems, support and reporting to comply with the PDMA.
Sand's annual revenues up by 63%
Montreal-based Sand Technology Inc., a provider of business intelligence and online analytical processing (OLAP) software, has announced year-end results that show an increase in sales of 63% over the previous year. For the year ended July 31, 2001, the company posted a loss of $8.5 million, or 71 cents per share, on sales of $11.3 million, compared to a net loss of $2.9 million, or 32 cents per share, on sales of $6.9 million for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2000.
Travel services provider chooses Harte-Hanks for CRM
Grand Expeditions, a travel services provider based in Boca Raton, Fla., has chosen the services of Billerica, Mass.-based Harte-Hanks Inc. to help analyze and better understand its customer base, consolidate its customer records and increase cross-selling and new opportunities among its various travel providers. The company is made up of eight separate operating entities. Grand Expeditions will use Harte-Hanks' Allink Connect, which combines professional services, customer data management and database support of Harte-Hanks with the operational CRM software capabilities of the E.piphany E.5 system.
