Using searchCRM to uncover case studies

Many of our readers have told us they want to see more case studies on the site. We've responded to that need in a variety of ways. Our original CRM IT Success Strategies tip gives you a snapshot of a CRM implementation at a different company each week. We also have a Best Web Links category full of interesting CRM case studies we've collected from companies and around the Web. And, thanks to your feedback, our staff of editors is writing more original case studies than ever -- you'll find them in our News section.
If you're still looking for more real-life examples and case studies, why not check out a few CRM books at our bookstore (Customer Winback by Griffin and Lowenstein is a good one) or post a request to other readers in our Discussion Forums? Another great resource is our Chat Transcripts section. Ron Swift's chat on achieving CRM ROI on Dec. 19th, 2001 included many examples from companies he's worked with to achieve CRM success.
As always, let us know what you think and what other resources we can provide to make your job easier!
