bookstore (Customer Winback by Griffin and Lowenstein is a good one) or post a request to other readers in our
Discussion Forums? Another great resource is our
Chat Transcripts section. Ron Swift's chat on achieving CRM ROI on Dec. 19th, 2001 included many examples from companies he's worked with to achieve CRM success.
